Thank you for shopping at Pillowy! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase.
Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges:
- Time Frame: You may request a refund or exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same form of payment used for the purchase.
Return Shipping:
- Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The item must be shipped back to the address provided at the time of your return request.
